Join our Board of Directors!

The Birthworkers of Color Collective is seeking board members! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about birthwork, are in alignment with our vision and mission, and are willing to make a two year commitment.

If interested, please fill out the application, including a resume with two references and a cover letter (no more than 1 page long) stating why you are interested and how you can best contribute. Applications are due no later than August 1st, 2022. 

We will be prioritizing individuals who identify as Queer, Trans and/or Black, Indigenous or a Person of Color.
We are seeking those with experiences relating but not limited to: 

-Fundraising

-Grant Writing

-Culturally & Community Relevant Perinatal Health Experience

-Nonprofit Governance

-Community Development

-Previous Non-Profit or Board Experience
