In celebration of Black Maternal Health Week, we are gathering to celebrate our local postpartum families. Join us for a delicious brunch and uplifting, honest dialogues on the highs and lows of the postpartum period plus learn about free/low cost resources.

About the event
Calling all postpartum families in Long Beach and surrounding communities to join us for a special brunch event raising awareness about Black Maternal Health Week and the ways Birthworkers of Color Collective is working to connect families to culturally-relevant care and support
The first 15 participants to sign up, attend, and complete our postpartum survey will receive a $50 stipend. We also have free travel stipends available if you need support with a ride to our event and back home.
Come enjoy a delicious meal, check out our office space, and connect with our postpartum support group that meets every month on 1st and 3rd Friday. Travel support and stipends available to group participants. Children and support persons welcome.
