I’m Mayra Trujillo. A Traditional Birthworker, Postpartum Doula, Placenta Encapsulator, and Folk Herbalist. I support women with womb health. From regulating menstrual cycles, to conception, birth/labor & postpartum care. My work is rooted in reclaiming Indigenous medicine and ancestral practices, offering herbal remedies, sound therapy, yoni steams, sobada de matriz and La Cuarentena, the sacred 40 days postpartum.
