Hello, My name is Julia but friends and family call me (Jayel). I currently work in harm reduction and with the homeless population across Los Angeles County. I got into doula work through my employer, with goals of offering doula services to pregnant homeless/substance using persons in our community. I am a grandmother of 18 grandchildren of whom I've accompanied in births. I have a passion for what I do and do it with my whole heart in hopes to impact all lives I come across, in an extraordinary way. My end goal is to become a midwife.
