"Christina Lares (she/her) is a Full Spectrum Doula, Certified Lactation Education Consultant, Reproductive Justice Advocate, Pole Dancer, Baby Mama, Writer, and Entrepreneur. She believes Otro Mundo es Posible and it is rooted in pleasure, joy, and community. She identifies as a Queer Xicana Mexicana born and raised in Southern California.
Christina became a first time mama at the height of the pandemic and in December 2020 she completed doula training with Birthworkers of Color Collective and has been an active member of the collective ever since. She specializes in empowered hospital birth, homebirth, lactation education, body positivity, holistic fertility, supporting young parents, parents with disabilities, marginalized sex workers, and families using reproductive technologies. Christina loves playing backgammon, picnics in the park, 90's cult classic movies
